We’ve introduced a new role specifically for subcontractors, granting them the ability to manage their assigned tasks more effectively. Subcontractors can now move tasks, accept assignments, and adjust dates and times, promoting better collaboration and autonomy in task management.
Client Role for Enhanced Transparency
To keep clients informed and engaged, the new client role allows you to assign one or multiple addresses to each client. Clients can view their schedules and upcoming tasks, ensuring they stay updated and can manage their expectations effectively.

Enhanced Scheduling Views
After logging in, you can select specific crews to display on your schedule. Navigate dates easily using arrows or a date picker. Available views include Month, Week, Day, and Legacy, each offering different perspectives to manage tasks effectively. Clicking on a task allows you to edit, reschedule, or update details, with changes saved upon confirmation.

Comprehensive Report Dashboard
Generate detailed reports by selecting a date range and applying filters such as status, customer, address, job IDs, or crews. Once configured, you can export reports as PDFs for record-keeping or as XML files for integration with other software systems.

Unassigned Tasks Management
Identify tasks lacking a date, time, or crew assignment. By accessing these tasks, you can assign the necessary details, and upon saving, they are moved to the scheduled list. Tasks can also be unassigned and returned to the unassigned list as needed. A search function is available to locate specific tasks for modification.

Time Card Functionality
Track work hours efficiently by logging time for crews or individual employees. Input includes date, start and end times, and lunch breaks. A “No Work” feature allows recording of non-working days, ensuring accurate records. Logged time entries display employee numbers, crew names, and supervisor details for transparency.

Integration with Make.com
Access API integration details, including your API key and subdomain, within the settings. Utilize Make.com to establish connections between Pro Crew Schedule and other applications, facilitating seamless data transfer and automation across platforms.
