You create a Custom Tag, then attach a set of tasks with planned offsets.

Client Role Permissions:
- View schedule for assigned address only
- No access to other jobs, crews, or company data
- Ideal for owners, investors, or third-party PMs

Subcontractor Role (Paid User)
The new Subcontractor role is built for real field collaboration.
This is a paid user role designed for crew leaders and subs who need scheduling control, but only for their own work.
Subcontractor Role Permissions:
- View only their assigned schedule
- Add and edit tasks on their schedule
- Change task dates and times
- Update task status
- Full access to attachments (plans, photos, documents)
What they cannot see:
- Other crews’ schedules
- Company-wide settings
- Jobs they are not assigned to
