  • Located in the top left, the status legend provides a clear overview of your current statuses, making it easy to track project stages.

Fully Customizable

  • Go to Settings → Status Settings to rename statuses and adjust colors according to your company’s workflow.
  • Create a system that makes sense for your team and ensures quick decision-making with color-coded statuses.

  • Your customized statuses will be applied across all views—helping you stay consistent and track progress efficiently.

Custom Tags: Organize Like Never Before

Managing multiple projects? Custom Tags help you categorize and prioritize tasks with ease.

Key Features:

Tags Legend with Quick Access

  • The Tags Legend provides a quick visual reference for your most-used tags.
  • If you have more than three tags, simply click “View More” to expand the list.

Create, Edit & Reorganize Tags

  • Navigate to the Tags Settings to add new tags, rename existing ones, and organize them for better project management.

Seamless Tagging Across All Views

  • When scheduling a task, simply select and apply a tag.
  • The tag’s color will appear on the side, making it easy to spot specific tasks in Week View, Day View, and more.
